Firefighters Save Home, Dogs In Evergreen
EVERGREEN, Colo. (CBS4) – Fast acting firefighters saved a burning home in Evergreen on Sunday.
The fire broke out at a home on Deer Trail Sunday Morning.
Two dozen firefighters put out the blaze before it could reach trees around the home.
No one was home at the time but crews did save two dogs in the process.
The roof and chimney suffered heavy smoke damage.
No information on the cause of the fire has been released.
