According to O.penVAPE, the fair will "showcase 15 companies from Colorado's budding marijuana trade who are looking to fill a variety of positions from accounting and customer service to trimmers and street team members."

Luke Ramirez is the co-owner of Walking Raven Wellness Center and says with the addition of retail marijuana sales they have no choice but to expand.

"Our sales increased about 300 percent. Our traffic through the stores increased by the same number," Ramirez said. "So, that's why we're here today. We actually need to hire more folks to help with that traffic and that added revenues."

The line to enter the fair was more than two blocks long Thursday morning. The first person to enter showed up at 6 a.m. and waited 5 hours to get in. Some people can from other states such as Montana, Kansas and New Mexico.

The fair runs from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m.
