Free Agent Defensive End Jared Allen To Visit WIth Broncos

DENVER (CBS4) - It's pretty obvious the Denver Broncos are making defense the priority this offseason.

The Broncos are currently in negotiations with free agent veteran defensive end Jared Allen from the Minnesota Vikings.

The Broncos and Allen are both interested in each other. Now they have to hammer out a contract.

According to NFL.com, the Broncos will be the first team Allen will visit.

The 31-year-old Allen finished with 11.5 sacks and two forced fumbles in 16 games for the Vikings last season.
