Broncos, WR Andre Caldwell Agree To 2-Year Deal

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) – Wide receiver Andre Caldwell and the Denver Broncos have agreed to terms on a new two-year contract.

The team announced the agreement on Tuesday.

Caldwell is a six-year veteran of the NFL and has played in 24 regular season games with two starts for the Broncos. He has 17 receptions for 218 yards and three touchdowns for Denver.

Caldwell stepped up production in the final three games of last season. He hauled in 11 passes for 113 yards with two touchdowns before getting to play in all three playoff games.

He was taken by the Cincinnati Bengals in the third round (97th overall) of the 2008 NFL Draft from the University of Florida.
