Dillon Police Chief Resigns

DILLON, Colo. (CBS4) – The interim police chief in Dillon has resigned after the start of an investigation into him.

Brian Brady took over the Dillon force in June and has resigned after authorities began investigating whether he committed perjury during a dispute over a parking ticket.

The Summit Daily News filed an open records request to see the investigation.

It includes allegations Brady changed his report on a parking ticket and then lied about it.
