Property At 9th & Colorado Sold, Plans For Mixed Use
DENVER (CBS4)- The property at the former University of Colorado Health Sciences campus in Denver has been sold.
The property at 9th and Colorado has been at the center of a debate that’s lasted six years.
The Denver-based developer bought the 26-acre property with plans to turn it into a mixed use neighborhood with residences, offices and retail spaces.
There will also be parks, plazas and underground parking.
The sale is expected to close by the end of the year. The project is expected to take five years to complete.
