Fort Collins Detective Accused Of Domestic Violence

FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4) – A detective with Fort Collins Police Services was arrested Thursday morning in connection with a domestic violence incident.

According to Rita Davis with Fort Collins Police Services, Detective Jason Jungmeyer, 37, was arrested by Larimer County sheriff's deputies on one count of harassment and domestic violence.

Jungmeyer turned himself in to the Larimer County jail. He was released on a $1,000 bond.

Jungmeyer is scheduled to appear in court on March 6. He's been placed on paid administrative leave.
