2 Attempted Abductions Reported In Arvada

ARVADA, Colo. (CBS4) – Three children were nearly kidnapped in Arvada on Monday.

Police are looking for a suspect they think was responsible for both incidents.

The first happened in the morning on the Arvada West High School campus where a girl said a man tried abducting her.

Then at around 6 p.m. two 12-year-old boys were approached by a suspicious man near Terrace Park.

All three victims described the suspect as a white or Hispanic man around 30 years old.

They said he was driving a light brown or tan four-door sedan that may have a dent near the rear passenger tail light.
