Arrest Warrant Issued For Convicted Rapist Who Skipped Sentencing
BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4)- A man convicted twice of rape in Boulder didn't show up for his sentencing and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
A jury convicted Calvin Nagy in Nov. 2013. He has been out on bond since then.
As part of the conditions for his release Nagy, 38, was supposed to check-in daily.
The Boulder County District Attorney's Office lost touch with him last week.
He was last seen at his home in Vail.
Nagy was also convicted of sexual assault in 1996.
