Former Glendale Officer Accused Of Trafficking Cocaine

GLENDALE, Colo. (CBS4) - A former Glendale police officer is facing federal drug charges.

The FBI says Scott Black and Oscar Garcia were trafficking cocaine, lying to the FBI, and illegally accessing crime databases.

Black was a Glendale police officer at the time of the alleged crimes. He's accused of using his job to run license plates through the national crime information center to facilitate the drug trafficking.

The FBI does not believe any other police officers were involved.
