A judge sentenced Kodi Noel, 24, to 180 days in jail. Noel insisted he is innocent but the judge says evidence shows he was a leader at the April, 2013 party that turned into a riot where people threw bottles, rocks and cans at police.

The judge sent Noel directly to jail from court.

Fifteen people were arrested or cited for the riot.

There is one more defendant left in connection the riot. Kyle Griffin is for a two-day trial starting March 24.
