Troopers Say Man Who Crashed Into Patrol Car Was Stoned
DENVER (CBS4) – A man has been arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of marijuana after an accident involving two Colorado State Patrol cars.
Troopers were investigating another crash Sunday night on the ramp from Interstate 76 to I-25 when an out-of-control Chevy pickup hit one patrol car and pushed it into the second.
Keith Kilbey, 23, was arrested after the crash.
The troopers weren't hurt.
