Wheat Ridge Doctor Sentenced For Distributing Oxycodone

WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. (CBS4)- A doctor in Wheat Ridge is headed to federal prison for illegally distributing oxycodone.

The CBS4 investigators first reported on Kevin Clemmer when he pleaded guilty last spring. He was arrested after prescribing the painkiller to an undercover officer.

Clemmer was sentenced to two years in federal prison, followed by three years supervised release.
