WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4) - A woman had to be rescued from a frozen pond in Westminster Tuesday night.

The woman, whose identity hasn't been released, fell through the ice on the pond at the Westin Hotel.

She has minor injuries and minor hypothermia.

According to authorities, the woman had walked about 70 feet onto the ice before it cracked. They suspect she was drinking.

A year ago this month a man drowned in that same pond after a holiday party at the hotel. John Luke Edwards' body was found in the frozen pond eight days after he disappeared.
