Teen Under Arrest For Allegedly Hitting Deputy With Car

HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. (CBS4) – A teen driver is accused of hitting a Douglas County Sheriff’s deputy with his car while on his way home from a party.

Investigators say Obed Rodriguez hit the deputy with his car in late November and then drove off. He was arrested on Tuesday.

Rodriguez is still behind bars on a $100,000 bond.

The deputy suffered minor injuries.
