Troopers Search For Driver Who Hit 2 Pedestrians And Fled
ADAMS COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - The Colorado State Patrol is investigating after a vehicle hit two pedestrians and then fled Thursday evening.
The incident occurred at approximately 6:47 p.m. near Federal Boulevard and Interstate 76.
Troopers said a white SUV fled westbound on I-76 after hitting the two pedestrians, a 21-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl.
Both victims were transported to St. Anthony Hospital. They are both said to have suffered serious injuries but they aren't life-threatening.
So far the State Patrol hasn't released a detailed description of the suspect vehicle.
