Denver Police Want Help Locating Domestic Violence Suspect

DENVER (CBS4) – Denver police would like the public’s help locating a man wanted for aggravated domestic violence.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Matthew Vanvelkinbourgh, 31, for assault in the first degree.

Vanvelkinbourgh is described as 6 feet tall, 200 pounds and has prominent tattoo work on his neck.

“At this time, due to the outstanding arrest warrant, he is believed to be moving from location to location, staying with friends and associates,” police said in a statement.

Anyone with information is asked to call Denver police at (720) 913-2000. Remain anonymous and call Crime Stoppers at (720) 913-STOP (7867). Text to CRIMES (274637) then title DMCS and enter the message or send an e-mail to metro-denvercrimestoppers.com.
