No Charges Pressed Against Pueblo Commissioner

PUEBLO, Colo. (CBS4) – No charges will be filed against a Pueblo County Commissioner who allegedly drove drunk.

A deputy found Buffie McFayden sitting behind the wheel of her parked car last month. Instead of giving her a sobriety test, he let her call for a ride home after asking if she was too drunk to drive.

The district attorney's office says it will not file any changes against McFayden.
