Duke Ihenacho Collects Turkeys For The Denver Rescue Mission

DENVER (CBS4) - Denver Broncos safety Duke Ihenacho was hard at work on Tuesday.

Ihenacho was collecting Thanksgiving turkeys, doing his part to help the Denver Rescue Mission.

Ihenacho said he's going to miss his counterpart Rahim Moore, who has been placed on injured reserve after undergoing emergency surgery on Monday for a leg disorder, but he thinks they'll be fine.

"We do have Mike Adams and we have some guys that have played safety before," Ihenacho said. "You know Mike is a starter, realistically, so I don't expect a drop off with him in the rotation and starting … so we still expect to win every game, we still expect to play at a high level and we'll be fine."

The Broncos travel to New England to take on Tom Brady and the Patriots on national television Sunday night.
