Colorado Woman Indicted In 2012 Killing In Mississippi

BAY SPRINGS, Miss. (AP) - A Colorado woman has been indicted in the November 2012 shooting death of a Jasper County man.

Sheriff's Deputy Thad Windham tells The Chronicle that Nancy Faye Yacobucci, also known as Nancy Faye Reaume, is charged with murder and grand larceny.

Windham says Reaume, of Fort Collins, Colo., is charged in connection with the death of 68-year-old Joseph "J. L." Tatum. She is being held in the county jail.

He says she had fled the scene when officers arrived and was later arrested in Bonham, Texas and returned to Mississippi.

Windham says Tatum's body was found Nov. 11, 2012, in his camper trailer in a rural area of Jasper County southwest of Stringer. He died of a gunshot wound to the chest.
