WINDSOR, Colo. (CBS4) – An arrest affidavit released Wednesday for the arrest of the Colorado Rockies co-owner Charlie Monfort revealed a blood alcohol content of .284, 3 1/2 times the legal limit.
Police in Windsor in Weld County stopped Monfort on Monday for suspicion of drunk driving. He was pulled over for speeding and the officer smelled alcohol.
Monfort has apologized for his actions. He’s due in court later this month.
