LOVELAND, Colo. (AP) — A 28-year-old Loveland man has been arrested in connection with a July stabbing that left one person dead and two others injured, including the suspect.

Casey Lee Albee is charged with assault with a deadly weapon and assault causing serious injuries after a man leaving a party was stabbed following a dispute.

No charges have been filed in the stabbings that left Stephanie Smith dead and Albee injured. Authorities determined those actions were in self-defense. The other injured man has not been identified.

Albee is currently in the Larimer County Jail with a $7,500 bond.
