Police Search For Link Between Apartment Fire & Lakewood Suspicious Fires
LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) - CBS4 has learned that Arapahoe County sheriff investigators have been out driving between an apartment fire on Quebec Street and a series of fires in Lakewood to see if there is a link.
Early Monday morning the Woodhaven Apartments on Quebec were set on fire. The fire started in a hallway and 14 people had to be rescued. One person was treated for smoke inhalation.
Investigators say the complex had two suspicious fires five months ago as well. They are now comparing 911 tape times and driving routes to see if it's possible the same person could be responsible for suspicious fires in Lakewood on Tuesday.
