BRECKENRIDGE, Colo. (CBS4) - A Colorado Springs boy was taken by helicopter to Children's Hospital in Aurora after an incident in Breckenridge over the weekend in which the boy was found unconscious in a hot tub.

Hospital officials said on Monday that Jayden Huller, 5, is in serious condition.

The incident happened at the Grand Lodge on Ski Hill Road, and Huller's grandfather told CBS4 partner KKTV that he's not sure how the boy got into the hot tub.

"I don't know if he fell in or if he climbed in, and I don't know if anyone else knows either," Randy Marck said.

Huller's father says his other son, a 3-year-old, is still in the custody of foster parents. There was an emergency hearing Monday because of the incident. It's come to light the foster parents may have taken the children out of El Paso County without authorization.

Breckenridge police so far haven't said if there could be charges in the case.
