Man Charged In Hookah Bar Assault
DENVER (CBS4)- One man has been formally charged in connection with assaulting two men outside a hookah bar.
The charges against Tilo Sandoval include second-degree assault, third-degree assault and bias-motivated crime.
The charges allege that on September 2, Sandoval assaulted two men outside Sam's Lounge near Alameda Avenue and Zuni and that he did so because he thought they were gay.
Sandoval, 20, has been released from custody on $30,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Denver Court Court on Oct. 17 for a preliminary hearing.
