Moody: Lot To Love About 'Sister Act' The Musical

DENVER (CBS4) - The movie "Sister Act" was a hit in the early 1990s, and despite changes that were made when it was brought to the stage the musical that's currently running in Denver has a lot to love, according to CBS4 Critic at Large Greg Moody.

One of the biggest changes is that three of the songs that appear in the movie don't appear in this traveling Broadway show, and the musical has three songs that aren't in the movie.

"This show is different from what you may be expecting, but it is still a blast. It's light, it's airy and fun, and just plain wonderful," CBS4 Critic at Large Greg Moody said.

"Sister Act" runs through Oct. 6 at the Buell Theatre.
