Wyoming-Northern Colorado Football Game To Be Played On Time
LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) - The Wyoming-Northern Colorado football game will be played as scheduled on Saturday in Laramie, but pregame activities will be moved or postponed by this week's persistent rain.
The game is set for 2 p.m. at War Memorial Stadium.
Rain has caused flooding in northern Colorado this week. Travel between Cheyenne and Laramie into Colorado has been restricted, and there's a chance for more rain Saturday in Laramie.
While the football game will go on as scheduled, sponsored tailgate activates will be moved indoors to the Arena-Auditorium concourse.
The school sponsored student tailgate and the "Fan Fest" event will be moved to the Indoor Practice Facility.
The Annual Ag Day barbecue has been rescheduled for Oct. 19.
Wyoming Farm Bureau Federation has postponed its canned food drive to Oct. 12.
