The two hour film "Teach" is a project from documentarian Davis Guggenheim and it will air on Sept. 6 at 8 p.m. on CBS4.

Featured on the show will be Lindsay Chinn, a teacher at Martin Luther King, Jr. Early College in Denver's Green Valley Ranch neighborhood, and Matt Johnson, who teaches fourth grade at McGlone Elementary School in Denver's Montbello neighborhood.

Queen Latifah, whose upcoming show The Queen Latifah Show debuts on CBS4 on Sept. 16, said she wanted to get involved in the project in part because her mother was a teacher at the high school she attended.

Stay tuned to CBS4 for special interviews with Chinn and Johnson leading up to the special.

The Queen Latifah Show will air on CBS4 at 3 p.m. on weekdays.
