Westminster Shares Plans For New Downtown Area
WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4) - The city of Westminster plans on building a new downtown area from the ground up.
The following are images of what it might look like:
This includes office and residential buildings, shopping areas and parks.
This is the first draft of the plan. It covers 105 acres on the old Westminster Mall site off Highway 36 and Sheridan Boulevard.
Officials are in no hurry to proceed with construction. It could be 20 years before the new downtown is unveiled.
