Denver Police Want Help Locating Armed Shoplifting Suspects

DENVER (CBS4) - Denver police would like the public's help identifying and locating suspects accused of shoplifting and pointing a gun at a person.

According to police, on Monday at approximately 5:50 p.m. a man entered Home Sweet Home located at 20 North Sheridan Boulevard and shoplifted items.

"While fleeing, the suspect was handed a revolver by another party and then pointed it at the victim," police said in a statement.

The suspects should be considered armed and dangerous.

The suspects are described as being two Hispanic men. One is 22 to 29 years old, 5-foot-10, 200 pounds with a stocky build, Mohawk haircut and stitches on right side of his mouth. He was also wearing glasses. The other is 16 to 17 years old, 5-foot-5, 150 pounds with short black hair.

Another suspect was the driver in a 1994 silver Dodge Caravan but there is no description.
