'Brothers Bandits' Arrested In Thornton
THORNTON, Colo. (CBS4) - Two Russian siblings accused of robbing at least four banks in the past two weeks have been caught.
Vyacheslav "Slavic" Volkov, 31, and Denis Volkov, 19, were arrested in a stolen vehicle in Thornton.
The FBI says the brothers may also have robbed a fifth bank Wednesday in Fort Collins.
The Volkovs have lived in Colorado for 18 years. Vyacheslav, who is known as "Slavic," has an extensive arrest record including felony robbery and assault charges in Westminster, Thornton and Adams County.
