Aurora Reservoir Swim Beach Back Open In Time For Weekend

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) - Just in time for the warm weekend the swim beach at the Aurora Reservoir is open again.

The city closed the beach for a couple of days after finding high levels of E. coli. The reservoir is a natural body of water and the bacteria usually clears up on its own.

The E. coli level went up after heavy rains sent a lot of runoff into the reservoir.
