TIAA-CREF, Metro State University Adopt Bruce Randolph School
DENVER (CBS4) - Volunteers from TIAA-CREF and Metro State University teamed up Tuesday to adopt Bruce Randolph School in Denver.
As part of the new partnership, volunteers spent the day with the students working on a campus beautification project. They planted shrubs, cleaned up walls and picked up trash as part of a program to offer help to students, parents and staff.
Along with the beautification project, TIAA-CREF also donated $5,000 and new school supplies. There will also be tutoring services, career counseling and financial services help.
