Colorado Springs Police Search For Suspect In Double Murder
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) - Police in Colorado Springs are searching for a man wanted in connection with a double murder.
Police say Gary Vigil, 22, allegedly shot and killed a man and a woman in the area of 2800 East Platte Avenue.
"Upon arrival officers located a male and a female who were both deceased at the scene and had suffered apparent gunshot wounds," police said in a statement.
Vigil is facing charges of first-degree murder. He is a Hispanic male, 5-foot-6, 180 pounds with very short black hair and brown eyes. He has multiple tattoos on his chest, neck and arms. He is believed to be armed and dangerous.
The identities of the victims haven't been released.
