USA Pro Challenge Trains Volunteers To Respond To Terrorism
ASPEN, Colo. (CBS4)- The USA Pro Challenge will train hundreds of volunteers working along the route in Aspen to respond to terrorism.
The Aspen Police Department decided to train volunteers after the bombings in Boston.
The training includes how to recognize suspicious packages and the process of reporting concerns.
The bicycle race attracts some of the top cyclists in the world.
The USA Pro Challenge begins in Aspen on Aug. 19 and wraps up in Denver one week later.
