Former State Rep. Summers In Critical Condition
LOVELAND, Colo. (AP) — Former state Rep. Ken Summers is being treated for encephalitis and remains in critical condition at a hospital in Loveland.
House Minority Leader Brian DelGrosso, R-Loveland, said the former Republican lawmaker was hospitalized on Thursday.
Summers is a pastor who served in the state House of Representatives from 2006 until last year, when he ran for the state Senate and lost.
