FAIRPLAY, Colo. (CBS4) - Prosecutors say they need more time before they are ready to file charges against a woman accused of killing her roommate.

Melissa Miller will be back in court in two weeks. Police say they believe she killed Leann "Annie"" Meyer, who disappeared from her Wheat Ridge home in February. Her remains were found in Park County on July 4.

Miller was back in a Park County courtroom Monday afternoon, but instead of filing charges prosecutors say they have so much evidence to review they aren't ready yet.
