Executive Recycling Exec Sentenced On Fraud, Environmental Crime Charges
DENVER (CBS4) - A former recycling company executive in Englewood will do prison time for sending electronic waste to China where it was illegally dumped.
Tor Olson, of Parker, worked for Executive Recycling.
The CBS program 60 Minutes exposed the company's practices.
Along with 14 months in prison, Olson was ordered to pay $17,000 in restitution.
Another former exec and the company itself were also convicted. They are awaiting sentencing.
