LONGMONT, Colo. (CBS4) - The man accused of shooting an AR-15 at a Longmont police officer will appear in court on Monday.
The shooting happened last month after a traffic stop. Investigators say Jonathan Shank started firing at the officer. The officer took cover behind his car and fired back.
