North Lake Park Beach Reopens After E.coli Scare

LOVELAND, Colo. (CBS4)- A lake in Loveland has reopened after an E. coli scare.

North Lake Park on North Lake Avenue in Loveland reopened at 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Samples were taken from the beach and it showed elevated levels of E. coli.

Supervisors followed up with more testing since they believe it was a faulty test. The new results showed no danger so the lake was reopened to the public.
