Denver Firefighters Quickly Get Fire At Apartment Complex Under Control

DENVER (CBS4) - Firefighters in Denver quickly knocked down a fire at an apartment complex Monday evening.

Fire authorities said they received a call about bushes on fire outside an apartment complex located in the 3100 block of West Arkansas Avenue at 7:43 p.m. The fire spread quickly but firefighters were able to get it under control.

Firefighters searched apartments but no victims were been found inside. It's not clear if anyone was rescued or injured.

The Red Cross has been called to help with displaced residents of the apartment complex.
