Man Accused In Longmont Kidnapping Won't Fight Extradition From Canada
LONGMONT, Colo. (CBS4) - The man accused of kidnapping his son will come back to Colorado to face charges.
Monty Turner's lawyer told a judge in Edmonton, Canada that Turner will not fight extradition to the U.S.
Longmont police say last month Turner used a stun gun to force his way into the home where his son was living. He allegedly used pepper spray on his estranged wife and took his 3-year-old, Luke Turner.
Two days later the two were found at a motel in Manitoba.
