Charges Filed In Denny's Parking Lot Murder
DENVER (CBS4)- A teenager has been charged with the murder of a man in a Denny's parking lot.
Taylor Bandy was charged on Tuesday with one count of first-degree murder after deliberation.
The charges allege that Bandy, 19, shot and killed Antonio Hill on May 5 who was sitting in his white GMC Yukon in the parking lot of the Denny's restaurant at 16th and Federal Blvd.
Hill, 41, suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
Bandy was arrested the following day and remains in custody in the Denver Detention Center where he is being held without bond.
He is scheduled to appear in Denver District Court on June 28 for a preliminary hearing.
