Aurora Ready To Decide How To Deal With Amendment 64

AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) – Later in May the Aurora City Council is set to decide how to deal with Amendment 64.

The council will debate a number of ideas on marijuana regulation. The Denver Post reported that the choices range from banning certain marijuana establishments to allowing them.

One idea would even regulate marijuana all the way from growing it to selling it and ban private retailers and growers from setting up shop in the city.

The city said the council will take up the matter on May 20.
