Denver Home Values Up 5% Last Month

DENVER (CBS4)– The housing market in Denver shows the economy is getting back on track.

Home values in the Denver metro area were up 5 percent in April.

Sales were hot with some buyers getting into bidding wars.

Houses averaged 56 days on the market compared to 90 days this same time last year.

Home prices are at levels not seen since 2006.
