Fort Carson Units To Train At Chatfield State Park
LITTLETON, Colo. (AP) — Chatfield State Park south of Denver is hosting water-based training for Fort Carson-based soldiers Wednesday.
Colorado Parks and Wildlife officials say military helicopters and soldiers will be in the area during the day. The training won't involve any weapons or munitions.
Park officials say agencies spent months planning for the exercise.
