Denver Police: Suspicious Package Wasn't A Bomb

DENVER (AP) - Denver police say a suspicious package found near Colorado's main judicial building was not a bomb, and a busy downtown street has been reopened.

The judicial building, which includes the state Supreme Court, was locked down for about an hour on Friday but has also reopened.

Meanwhile, in the northwest Denver suburb of Westminster, a bomb squad was called after someone reported a possible explosive device at an apartment complex. Police say four buildings at an apartment complex and one nearby business were evacuated.

The evacuation was later lifted at all but one of the four apartment buildings.

Police say they are questioning a man about the object and are not looking for anyone else.
