Man Accused Of Threatening Sen. Kerr To Appear In Court

DENVER (CBS4) – A man accused of leaving a threatening message to a state lawmaker will appear in court on Monday.

David Cassidy allegedly left a voicemail for state Sen. Andy Kerr during the gun control debate in the state legislature.

Cassidy admits to leaving the voicemail but says he wasn’t trying to threaten the senator.
