Judge Sets Date To Decide When Nathan Dunlap Will Be Executed

DENVER (CBS4) - A judge set a hearing for May 1 to determine a date a man on Colorado's death row will be executed.

Nathan Dunlap killed four people at a Chuck E. Cheese restaurant in 1993.

In February the U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear Dunlap's appeal, which cleared the way for an execution date.

The head of the state Department of Corrections will set the final execution date.
