Suspect Arrested After 2-Hour Long Chase
WALSENBURG, Colo. (CBS4) - A suspect has been arrested after a two-hour chase that began on Interstate 25 on Friday.
Colorado state troopers tried to pull the man over for speeding on I-25 south of Walsenburg. He fled and troopers followed him through two counties reaching speeds of more than 100 miles per hour.
Troopers finally caught up to the suspect in a field off Highway 350 in Las Animas County. A stun gun was used on the suspect before he was taken into custody.
After the arrest the State Patrol tweeted, "If you run, wherever you go, we will find you."
